Daniel’s journey in the world of butchery began over two decades ago, as a Saturday boy in the very building that stands as our flagship shop today. From those early days, his dedication to the craft never wavered.

Fast forward to January 2019, a pivotal moment as Daniel took on the lease of the shop he’d called home for so many years. Supported by his devoted wife, extended family, and a dedicated team of staff, Daniel’s vision of owning his own shop became a reality as he proudly placed his name above the door.

Fuelled by a commitment to sourcing the finest quality meat, and prioritising local suppliers whenever possible, he set out to build a brand synonymous with excellence and value.

The Daniel Morris Butchers’ name quickly gained recognition, growing from strength to strength. Today, our brand extends beyond Denbigh’s Vale Street, with additional shops in prime locations in Mold and Ruthin, and with that, additional talented team members and a broader product offering. Yet, amidst this expansion, our commitment to quality and supporting local suppliers remains unwavering.

Now with a team of over fifteen skilled professionals, Daniel leads the charge, blending traditional butchery techniques with a modern approach to meet the evolving needs of our discerning customers.

In addition to the two high street shops, we also offer home delivery within a 30 mile radius of our Denbigh base.
