We’re looking for an Experienced Butcher to join the team at our Denbigh and Mold Shops on a Full or Part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be experienced in craft butchery, with excellent knowledge of customer service. They will be driven and enthusiastic to learn, with vision and creativity. They will have a good knowledge of food safety standards and a willingness to adopt our systems.
The working hours and wage for this position will be discussed and confirmed at an interview.

We’re looking for an Experienced Catering Butcher to join the team at our Denbigh shop on a Full or Part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be experienced in full carcass butchery, portion control, weighing and packaging processes, as well as sausage and burger making.
They will be competent with invoicing, labelling and record-taking using specialist scales software and have a good knowledge of food safety standards along with a willingness to learn, and adopt our systems.
